该剧讲述护林员韩夕舟（黄曦彦 饰）与旧时同窗许楠楠（陈思澈 饰）之间的爱情故事。两个人从学生时代的“误会”到成年后重逢的几年间，孙熹之扮演的报社主编吴问一直守护在失忆的许楠楠身边，并渐渐爱上了她。然而随着许楠楠去雨林采访并与韩夕舟的重逢，许楠楠在学生时代遭受心理创伤后忘掉的痛苦往事开始闪回，知道真相的吴问也开始陷入矛盾纠结之中，找回记忆对许楠楠意味着幸福还是不幸？许楠楠与韩夕舟之间会不会重燃爱意？吴问追随许楠楠来到了雨林，三个旧时的同窗因为往事与爱情的召唤又碰面了。
