为庆祝空军直属蓝天幼儿园建园60周年、空军蓝天幼儿艺术团建团30周年，空政电视艺术中心和中视美星国际文化传媒有限公司联合摄制了20集空军幼教题材电视剧《蓝天花朵》。 本剧原名《飞翔的花朵》，讲述了幼儿艺术团的小学员牛牛、依依、兵兵、小石头、钱多多、白雪、玫瑰等一群家庭背景、性格脾性截然不同的孩子在报名、选拔、训练、演出过程中与家长、老师之间发生的故事，以及所反映的包括学龄前儿童的明星梦、责任感、虚荣心、攀比心、选举权、爱护环境、幼儿素质教育、家长与孩子沟通障碍等在内的各种社会问题。
