When he finally gets together with Joey, he is the only one to have remembered her 20th birthday.

　　游德是泳队的创办人，早年与妻子离婚（邓萃雯 饰）。大女儿游娴（陈文媛 饰）留在父亲身边，次女游颖（唐宁 饰）则跟着母亲生活。颖一直不喜欢自己的父亲与姐姐，更常常与他斗气，意想不到的是两姐妹同时爱上了队友Edwin（萧正楠 饰）。一向迁就妹妹的娴因此与Edwin保持了一段距离。
　　颖是游泳健将，但颖一直不相信父亲不修边幅的样子就是当年的飞鱼王子，于是她加入了与父亲对立的泳队。两个泳队都为了最终的游泳大奖赛努力，这时游德队里不够人参加比赛，娴虽然对游泳颇有研究，可是长短脚的她极少游泳。这时她希望妹妹能够回到自己的队里帮父亲胜出比赛。在姐姐的努力劝说下，颖才放弃了原来的队，加入到父亲的队里。
　　可是这时发现，颖的神经系统受药物所损，而药物正是原来泳队坚持服用的，但比赛迫在眉睫了……
